Yes, the driver authorises us to act on their behalf and act as the data controller. We are ICO registered and have been providing a service to DVLA licence holders since 2019.
Once you're happy with the process of inviting and accepting a single driver just contact us and we'll enable your account for further drivers.
Yes. In order to accept the invite and manage their mandate we require the driver to be signed up and using the Driver Codes app. We can help you with any promotional information you might need.
